Mission: SEPS Pharma's mission is to apply a combination of carefully designed prodrugs with the appropriate delivery forms creating innovative therapies for patients by expanding the medical application field of existing drugs. Vision: Lipid absorption will expand the medical application field of existing and well-characterised drugs as the newly developed entities are designed to be superior with respect to safety, efficacy, convenience of administration and chrono-therapeutic release, strongly improving patient compliance. SEPS intends to valorize these novel prodrugs systems by anticipating on product lifecyle management strategy of pharmaceutical companies. Product lifecycle management is the highest priority for the pharmaceutical industry today.
SEPS Pharma is founded as a platform technology based drug delivery company creating value through its technology potential, fee for service and milestone payments. The founders of SEPS Pharma have the desire to evolve towards a technology and product licensing based drug delivery company within three years. Our policy is to apply for appropriate intellectual property protection for all of the inventions and innovations that arise from our drug delivery and development activities (novel prodrug approaches and innovative drug delivery systems). This policy is designed to provide each of our products and delivery platforms with an effective portfolio of valid, enforceable patent and other intellectual property rights in all significant markets to protect against unauthorised competition during commercialisation. SEPS Pharma will file patents covering the newly developed prodrugs (composition of matter patents) and formulation systems (composition of matter and usage patents).
